I wish I could come back today! It was a fantastic experience! A beautiful location on the shore of the lake with swans at breakfast. The rooms had amazing views, super clean and comfy beds. Great breakfast with world-class bread. Definitely plan to return!

The dining experience at Neuhaus was a culinary delight! I was blown away by the fresh fish dishes and tender meat options, prepared with local flair. Plus, the stunning views from the restaurant overlooking the lake made each meal feel extra special.

But there was a hiccup. I found out about the connected rooms only after my stay, leaving my family split up unnecessarily. The staff could use a bit of an update in communication, but the vibes throughout made it all worth it.

On one occasion, the breakfast menu almost ran out of some items near closing time, leaving late risers at a disadvantage. Additionally, the room had issues with a foul smell due to closed windows and the ineffective mosquito netting, making it uncomfortable at times. The bedding arrangement was also not ideal, with two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double.

The dessert on my birthday was nice, but the rude staff made things awkward.

one would think that celebrating a special occasion would warrant at least a kind word, but no. breakfast items were gone by 9 am, and I found the room sticky and outdated. yet somehow, the staff’s indifference was the cherry on top—certainly not the red-carpet experience I expected, and I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had a wonderful stay with a lovely room boasting excellent mountain views and an amazing breakfast with plenty of options, though the lack of an elevator was a little bit tricky at times. I'd definitely come back!

We loved the breathtaking views of Lake Thun. The hotel's location made it easy for our family to hop on the nearby bus and explore the area. The staff were so nice, especially the breakfast lady who made sure I had gluten-free options. Perfect for us with four kids!

My wife says that the bus service could be better.
